Workplace Mindfulness Programs

Our workplace mindfulness programs are taught by two legal professionals who understand the stresses of the modern workplace and the difficulties of balancing work and family life. 


Participants are introduced to practical, accessible mindfulness practices that will help them live calmer, more present lives.


We offer a range of programs, ranging from one-hour introductory workshops to intensive

multi-week courses.

Some of the programs we offer are set out below, or we are happy to work with you to design a course that will work for you and your colleagues.

Mindfulness Workshops

  • Introduction to Mindfulness

    In this one-hour workshop, participants will be introduced to mindfulness and its benefits and experience some short practices that are easy to incorporate into everyday life.

  • Mini-Retreat

    A half or full day of quiet, calming mindfulness practices that will leave participants feeling calm and centred.

Mindfulness Courses

  • Mindfulness Tools

    for the Workplace

    A four- to six-session, experiential course that introduces participants to mindfulness practices or "tools" that can be incorporated into their daily lives.

  • Living and Working Mindfully

    A six- to ten-session experiential course that is followed by an optional half-day mini-retreat.

    Participants will learn mindfulness practices that will help them reduce stress and live fuller, more present lives.


Mindful Yoga and Movement

  • Yoga/Mindful Movements

    Mindfulness combined with movement.


    Participants bring their full attention to the sensations that arise in their bodies while doing yoga or performing gentle movements.​
