Course Description

Class will be held in Applewood Park under the trees near Crocus Ave. Bring a mat you don't mind putting on the ground and an open mind. Anything can happen during outdoor yoga classes--dogs running through the class, lawns being mowed nearby, insects joining you on your mat. It's all part of the practice! Rain date: Sun Sept 17, 11 a.m. $20 + HST
