Join me Saturday, October 19 at 3-4 p.m. for a lovely yoga practice at a lovely location: under the big trees on the south side of Applewood Park (134 Begonia Ave). The practice will be followed by coffee and cookies. If it rains, the event will be postponed to the same time the next day (Sunday, Oct 20 at 3-4 p.m.). If that doesn't work for you, reach out to me for a refund.
