About the Instructor
Natalia is an avid yogi, a proud Canadian Armed Forces veteran and a mom. Her yoga journey began in 2004. Natalia's practice is her bedrock, as she journeys to process and heal complex post-traumatic stress and manage chronic pain. She sustained severe leg injuries three years ago, which landed her in a wheelchair. Doctors doubted that she would ever again walk unassisted, but she beat the odds. Natalia's practice supported her in the hard work of physical rehabilitation and helped sustain her morale and mental equilibrium. This journey has helped Natalia deepen her relationship with herself and the world around her and she profoundly appreciates our human resilience and capabilities.
