About the event
A one-hour Hatha class that will include a mixture of challenging and relaxing poses. Participants are encouraged to work to their own level of ability.
There are a range of tickets available that allow participants to pay what they would like.
This class will be hosted through the Zoom online meeting platform. A link to join the class will be sent out around 6:45 the class begins and you will be able to "enter" the class between 7:00 and 7:30.
If you are unable to attend live but would like a recording of the class, please register and note that you would like a recording when prompted.
