About the event
A one-hour Hatha class that will include a mixture of challenging and relaxing poses. Participants are encouraged to work to their own level of ability.
There are a range of tickets available that allow participants to pay what they would like.
This class will be hosted through the Zoom online meeting platform. A link to join the class will be sent out 15 minutes before the class begins and you will be able to "enter" the class 15 minutes before it begins.
If you are unable to attend live but would like a recording of the class, please register and note that you would like a recording when prompted.
