About the event
A one-hour Hatha class that will include a mixture of challenging and relaxing poses. Participants are encouraged to work to their own level of ability.
There are a range of tickets available. The free tickets are intended for those who are currently enrolled in the winter session. The other tickes allow you to pay what you want.
This class will be hosted through the Zoom online meeting platform. A link to join the class will be sent out a half-hour before the class begins and you will be able to "enter" the class 15 minutes before it begins.
