About the event
Classes will be held for 8 weeks, from May 3 to June 23, on Tuesdays 6:30-7:00 p.m. and Thursdays 12:15-12:45 p.m.
Choose from a variety of class packages that will allow you to come once or twice a week.
Participants are asked to work to their level of comfort and ability. Modifications and options will be provided throughout the class.
Participants will need light and medium weights and a mat.
Drop-in class: $16 + HST
8-class package: $95 + HST

This package allows you to attend one 30-minute weekday class between May 3 and June 23. Classes will be held Tuesdays 6:30-7:00 p.m. and Thursdays 12:15-12:45 p.m.
