Please join Janet McIntyre and Heather Cross for this 90-minute heart-opening workshop, which will focus on gently expanding the heart centre: a focus of love, empathy and compassion.
Through breath and movement, we cultivate greater openness allowing prana, or energy, to flow more freely.
Oh, and there might be chocolate...
Ok, there will be chocolate and the chance to engage in a mindful tasting practice.
