Don't know your elbow from your asana? Been practicing for awhile but could use a refresher on the basics?
This 90-minute workshop will go through the basic yoga poses and sequences, such as downward dog, the warrior poses and sun salutations.
After the workshop, participants should be comfortable attending any yoga class out there.
$25 + HST
