About the event

What does the program cover?

This program introduces you to the fundamentals of mindfulness: awareness and care of the breath, body, emotions, thoughts, and practices for opening the heart to ourselves and others. 

It is offered live, online on Zoom in six 90-minute weekly sessions from mid-March to late April 2022. 

Spaces are limited, as this is offered in a small group format. 

As this particular course is part of a practicum requirement, it is being offered free of charge. 

The prime focus of this program is educational and experiential, not as a therapeutic intervention.
