Course Description

Classes will consist of a mixture of energizing and restful poses, ending with around 10 minutes of relaxation (savasana). The intensity of the class can be modified to suit different levels of ability. Modifications will be offered for most poses and participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, be aware of their limitations and work only to the level of their ability. Classes run September 21 to December 7 but you can join anytime. Cost will be prorated depending upon when you join. Contact me at to register or find out more.
