Course Description

Classes will consist of a mixture of energizing and restful poses, ending with around 10 minutes of relaxation (savasana). The intensity of the class can be modified to suit different levels of ability. Modifications will be offered for most poses and participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, be aware of their limitations and work only to the level of their ability. 11 Weeks: $220 + HST About the Instructor Sara Jordan has been practicing yoga for 25 years and obtained her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training 8 years ago at Adishesha Yoga in the Glebe. She works full-time at Algonquin College as an administrator and has taught yoga to students and staff in person and over Zoom. Sara loves practicing yoga to help find peace, strength and stability in her body and life. When not working or practicing yoga you can find Sara walking with her husky-shepherd Maggie, swimming in pools, lakes and rivers and enjoying time with family and friends.
