Course Description

Practicing yoga when pregnant is not only a great way to build strength and increase calm but also to become part of a community of mothers-to-be. Available in person or online. Thursdays 7:30-8:30 p.m. July 7-August 25 Classes will be in person, with the option of attending virtually. The July 21 class will be held virtually. Participants will purchase a 5-class package and classes will run for 8 weeks so you can miss up to three classes without losing any of the value of your class package. If you attend more than five classes, an invoice will be sent to you for the additional classes. A 5-class package is $100 + HST
