Course Description

Start your weekend out right with a mixture of cardio and strength-training exercises, followed by luxurious cool-down stretches. It may be hard to drag yourself out of bed on a Saturday morning, but you will be glad you did! Participants are asked to work to their level of comfort and ability. Modifications and options will be provided throughout the class. Participants will need light and medium weights and a mat. Classes will not be held every Saturday. They will be held on the following five Saturdays: May 14, 21 and 28 and June 11 and 18 $75 + HST
