How it works
Purchase your yoga or fitness class package.
Email me at hereandnowottawa@gmail or fill out our contact form. Let me know which package you have purchased and which virtual package you would like to purchase at 50% off. Scroll down to view your options.
I email you a discount code.
You apply the discount code to your registration for virtual classes.
You begin enjoying a fall packed with fun and healthy activities!

Here are just some examples of the personalized packages you can create:
Stronger and Calmer Package
If you purchase a 12-week in-person yoga class package, you can receive an 8-class Saturday Stronger Together fitness class package. For $300 + HST you could be spending two hours of your week getting stronger, stretching and relaxing. Not a bad deal for creating balance in your life!
Deepen Your Practice Package
If you purchase an in-person yoga package, you can purchase the Thursday evening virtual yoga package for just $90 + HST. You could be attending two yoga classes a week for less than $14 + HST per class!
Weekday Superstar Package
If you purchase a 10- or 20-class weekday-only Stronger Together fitness class package, you can purchase the Thursday evening virtual yoga package for just $90 + HST. You could be attending one or two fitness classes and a yoga class each week for 10 weeks (plus 2 additional weeks of yoga) for less than $10 per class!
Plus, all yoga and fitness participants receive a recording of a class once a week.
