About the Retreat

A one-hour yoga class where participants will be encouraged to be gentle with their bodies and work to their own level.

There are a range of tickets available that allow participants to pay what they would like.

This class will be hosted through the Zoom online meeting platform.  A link to join the class will be sent out around 6:15 the class begins and you will be able to "enter" the class between 6:30 and 7:00.

About the Instructor

For Catherine, yoga is moving meditation. Although it is a personal, individual practice, it also has a strong component of connectivity and community. It is a pathway to balance and knowing oneself. Yoga is a discipline but not a rigid one. 

Catherine believes there is a style of yoga for everybody. Whatever your starting point, yoga can be a path to finding balance - between mind and body, strength and flexibility, ease and effort. Her teaching style emphasizes mindfulness, body awareness, and incorporating yogic philosophy and principles into the postures and practice. Her hope for her students is that by sharing her love of yoga, they are able to breathe well, move well and find more ease and balance in their lives, both on and off the mat.
