About the Class
Gentle Yoga is appropriate for those who are new to yoga, suffer from mobility issues and/or enjoy a slower paced, gentler form of yoga.
8 weeks for $120 + HST.
The Instructor, Dr. Margaret Dupee, completed her yoga teacher training in 2004.
She is a certified mindfulness instructor, a psychophysiologist who works in the field of bio/neurofeedback training and an optimal performance consultant at Good to Great. She has used bio/neurofeeback techniques to assist Canadian athletes preparing for the Olympics and teaches a university course on Psychophysiology & Optimal Functioning. She was a competitive figure skater for eight years.
Margaret takes a compassionate approach to her yoga classes. She provides modifications for poses to make them as accessible as possible and encourages people to check-in and be mindful of what their bodies are telling them.
